Refund policy

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at iONIFY0@gmail.com.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or returned after 7 days are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges: We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
